  • All time is billed in 6-minute increments.
  • Mileage is not charged at this time.
  • Travel time is billed in one direction and will not exceed 6 hours. Travel time for Mia Ehsani is billed at the Fiduciary rate.
  • Travel expenses such as flights, meals and hotel stays are charged back to the Client, unless the travel expense was for a Status Review Court hearing. Travel expenses are not charged to Clients for Status Review Court hearings, only travel time in one direction is billed.
  • All rates will increase annually on August 1st by 1.5%
  • Printing expenses are not charged to a Client
